Maximize Your SkylineÍs Throttle Response and Track Performance

Unleash the full potential of your RB-powered build with the Competition Clutch Ultra Lightweight Steel Flywheel (Part # 2-630T-STU). Engineered specifically for high-revving demands, forced induction setups, and aggressive track or rally racing, this 10.40lb flywheel is the ultimate upgrade for drivers who refuse to compromise on performance.

Why Choose the Competition Clutch STU Flywheel?

  • Rapid Revving: Weighing in at just 10.40lbs and machined with significantly less material to drastically reduce rotational inertia, allowing your RB engine to rev faster and build boost instantly.
  • Bulletproof Durability: CNC-machined from a single piece of premium 4140 forged steel. Unlike multi-piece aluminum flywheels, this one-piece design eliminates ring-gear separation and warp risks under extreme heat.
  • Built for Power: Perfectly matched and highly recommended for Stage 3 and up clutch applications, handling increased horsepower and torque with ease.
  • SFI Certified Safety: Formed from high-tensile materials to safely handle the high RPMs of competitive racing and high-performance street builds.

Whether you are shaving seconds off your lap times or building a high-horsepower forced induction street machine, this ultra-lightweight steel flywheel delivers the crisp shifts and lightning-fast acceleration your Nissan Skyline deserves.

Break-In Procedure

After you install your new Competition Clutch you will want to make sure that the clutch is properly broken in for ultimate operation. To break in your clutch, shift as often as possible during the first 500 miles, by doing so you will make sure that the material from the disc is embedded into the friction surfaces of the pressure plate and flywheel. Following the break-in procedure will ensure that your clutch has the longest possible lifespan. If you have any questions, please reach out to our tech department and we will be happy to help.
